One Friday, Four Futures

To directly engage Western New Yorkers in this effort, One Friday: Four Futures conversations are being held over the next several months with communities across Western New York, including block clubs, neighborhood associations, church groups, employees at worksite locations and business organizations, among others. Feedback from these conversations will form a series of community-driven health care goals that lead to key indicators of health care system performance for regular monitoring and reporting.


We encourage you to host a conversation for your own community or organization. We need your input as we begin to identify the community's priorities for a stronger, improved health care system for Western New York.
